How come so many celebs have got COVID-19?

Something that many people are thinking is that there seem to be too many A-list people that have contracted the Coronavirus. Shouldn't they know better? Do we see some of these A-listers (like Prince Albert and Prince Charles) in public much? They don't come too close to many people either so it wouldn't seem likely for them of all people to contract the disease. We welcome your thoughts on the subject.
